Description
To activate, open the disposable pack and place it, along with the heart in the underside pocket by pulling open the hook and loop closure. If you do not need to use the heat pack for the entire 24 hours, simply put it in a sealable plastic bag, and squeeze the air out to stop the heating process. Throw away when finished.
